This was one of the most helpful books I have had in Law school. It is well written and explains the code articles perfectly.
Professor Kilborn's book does an excellent job of breaking down the concepts for a more thorough understanding of LA security interests.
This book does a great job breaking down Louisiana's UCC 9, mortgages, pledge and suretyship. Easy to read and understand.
The précis lays out Louisiana security devices in a straight forward style. Sadly this was not a good summary of the course as taught at lsu law. Perhaps students at other Louisiana law schools would find this précis helpful.
